Participants Information- This refers to personal information that Parents/Legal Guardians provide us about the minor child who is partaking in one of our Services or for whom a custom Product is being ordered. Participants Information may include, but is not limited to:

  • • Names and contact information of the child’s Parents/Legal Guardians 
  • • Emergency contact information 
  • • Allergy and medical information 

We collect Student Information to supply the Products and/or Services being purchased, to keep records of such transactions, and to ensure the child’s safety and well-being.

We process Communication Information for the purpose of communicating with you; to improve our Products and Services; for recordkeeping; and for the establishment, pursuance, or defense of legal claims. 

Usage & Analytics Information- This refers to information about how you use our online Channels together with any information that you post for publication on our online Channels. Usage & Analytics Information may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (i.e., IP address), traffic information, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic information. We do not collect any Sensitive Information about you. Sensitive information refers to information that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, and information about your health and genetic and biometric information. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. 

Where we are required to collect personal information by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that information when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract. If you don’t provide us with the requested information, we may have to cancel a Product or Service you have ordered but if we do , we will notify you at that time.
