How long are your parties?
All of our packages include 8 guests, but if you have more to invite, that’s awesome! We do charge an additional fee per extra guests, see our pricing page for more details.

What if we have special requests? Will you accommodate?
We will do our absolute best to accommodate special requests, reach out and let us know what you have in mind! Please be aware, special requests may require extra time, so contact us as soon as possible.
What if we decide we want more than the basics?
Not a problem! We can turn any party into a GLOW crazy party but we will require the difference in cost and notice a week prior to your event. Under special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate with less notice.
Will you take a deposit to hold a date?
Unfortunately not. Payment is due in full upon booking. We are super busy, so space fills up fast, we do our best to accommodate special dates.
Do we need to provide plates, cups, cutlery, etc?
If you’re serving food, we supply everything you need to dish it out! Plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, etc.
