Cancellation?
We get it, life happens! Don’t Stress. Parties are refundable within the first 72 hours after booking. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged to all bookings after 72 hours. We offer flexible rescheduling policies. We just want to see you for your next big event!
Changes to your Party Package?
If you want to make changes to the type of party package you booked it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee last minutes changes.
Outside food and drink
Outside food is permitted for all parties
Arrival Time
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (15 minutes prior to your start time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.
Are supplies provided for food/drink?
We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, cake knifes, lighters.
Can I bring my own loot bags?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags. Keep in mind we offer some pretty awesome loot bags to at an affordable price!
Can siblings be included?
Absolutely! Siblings of the birthday child or party host can join in on the fun. Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, siblings under 4 must be accompanied by a parent and may not be able to participate in everything. Siblings of party guests will count towards guest numbers and/or will count as “extra guests”. If more guests are in attendance than contracted for, additional fees will apply.
Can we bring our own decor?
If you have a specific theme in mind, you are welcome to bring some add-ons. Our decor is specially selected to have the greatest effect under the black lights, so we will supply the balloons, streamers, and all the basics.
