TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the Service provided by Let’s Glow Crazy and authorized staff (“we” or “us”).
We may amend any of our Terms & Conditions at any time, and without notice. We will post the revised version on our website along with the revision date. The revised version will be effective as of the time it is posted.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before reserving the Service and print off a copy for your records.
In reserving the Service, you agree to the terms of this agreement which will legally bind you.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Service” means the provision of a “Mobile Party.”
“Mobile Party” means a private party that is hosted by us at a public or private venue (also referred to as a “mobile party” or “party” or “event”).
“Venue” means the physical location (public or private) for mobile parties.
”Mandy” means Mandy Howard, the owner and Host of Let’s Glow Crazy.
“You” means the individual/organization reserving the Service.
“Participant(s)” means the person(people) participating in the Service. Participants must be 4+ years of age.
“Fee(s)” means the fee(s) paid by you to us for the Service.
“Deposit” means the non-refundable deposit paid by you to us to secure your Service date and time.
“Website” means https://www.letsglowcrazy.ca.
“Email” means [email protected].
2. THE SERVICE
2.1. A description of the Service is available on our website. We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the website.
2.2. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw the Service described on the website without notice including but not limited to fee adjustments.
3. FEES, CANCELLATION, & RESCHEDULING
3.1 Once we have confirmed your party date, you will be sent a time-sensitive reservation link. You are required to pay the deposit via this link within 36 hours in order to secure your party date and time. If payment is not made within this timeframe, you will forfeit the party date and it will become available to the public once more.
3.2 The deposit is *non-refundable. If you cancel the Service or if some/all of the participants do not attend your party you will not be refunded the fee, neither in full nor partially. If you have fewer than 8 participants, you are still required to pay the set fee.
*The only exception when it comes to refunding the base fee is if we cancel your Service, in which case you will be refunded the deposit and any fees in full.
3.3 If you have more than 8 participants, additional participant fees will apply. Additional Participant Fees will be due in full no later than the day the Service is provided, before the party begins.
3.4 We require your total participant count a minimum of 10 days before your Service date. This will ensure we are able to purchase adequate materials.
3.5 If you need to reschedule your Service, please let us know a minimum of 14 days before your original Service date to avoid being charged a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days’ notice will be charged a *non-refundable $50 rescheduling fee + HST, due in full upon rescheduling.
4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTIES
4.1 Please note that the adult who is hosting the party must remain on-site for the entire Service in order to provide supervision.
4.2 The venue must be made available to us up to one hour prior to the Service start time and up to one hour after the Service end time, so as to enable us to set up and take-down decor and supplies.
4.3 Parties must take place indoors (unless previously agreed upon) with access to running water.
4.4 Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Venues that are more than 40 km one-way (80 km total) from our point of departure will incur a fee of $1.00/km for any mileage above and beyond the initial 60 km.
5. MISSING/LATE PARTICIPANTS
5.1 The Party will start instruction at the reserved time regardless of missing/late participants. No refund will be offered if participants are missing.

7. INDEMNITY CLAUSE
7.1 Neither Mandy, any of the hosts, nor any of the assistants shall ever be held liable (jointly or severally) to you, the participants, or any of your respective estates or representatives, for personal injury or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages resulting from loss, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Under no circumstance shall the total liability of Mandy, any of the hosts, or any of the assistants for any damages or losses arising from the Service exceed the maximum amount of the price of the Service for which you paid.
